These studio apartments are bright, self-contained spaces in the building, set up for up to 4 guests (double bed plus a full sized double sofa bed) and ideal for short stays or longer visits. These studios are slightly bigger than the 2-person studios, so may be preferred.

Each studio is individually designed, providing a charming, comfortable and practical base for exploring or working in Maidstone.

Each studio features an open-plan sleeping and living area, a separate shower bathroom, a comfortable double bed and a full sized double sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. There is also a dining table and chairs, spacious enough for meals but can also double as a desk/workspace.

The kitchenette area has everything you need for preparing any meal you wish. Every kitchenette includes a domino induction hob, microwave and oven combo, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for up to 4. For added convenience (especially on longer stays), the apartment includes a washer/dryer. Other practical extras are provided, including extra folding chairs for more guests, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and a dustpan and brush.

And as with all our studios, teas, coffees, toiletries, luxury linens and towels are all complimentary.

Guest access is straightforward and secure. The apartment has its own private entrance, and there is one communal entrance to access the building. Entry is via smart locks with digital codes (no keys). Access codes will be provided on the day of arrival.

Please note the building has 5 apartments in total: 2 are located on the ground floor and 3 are on the first floor. If you have a specific floor preference, please let us know once your booking is confirmed and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Studio 5 is a comfortable, self-contained studio apartment for up to 2 guests, set up with easier access in mind. The apartment has no steps on entry and the layout provides good clear space, making it easier to move around with a wheelchair.

Inside, the studio is open-plan and designed to be practical for short or longer stays. You'll have a sleeping/living area with a comfortable bed for two, plus a dining table and chairs that can also be used as a simple workspace. A kitchenette area is provided for preparing light meals and hot drinks.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower for added convenience. Please note that while the apartment is easier to access and move around in, it is not fully adapted for all accessibility needs. If you have specific requirements, please message us and we'll confirm whether the space will be suitable for your stay.

As with all our studios, you'll enjoy complimentary teas, coffees, toiletries, luxury linens and towels.
